    tang question

Aquarius- I've got a OS Tang in my tank as well, and he is by far my coolest fish! He is so entertaining to watch! Mine is just barely starting to change to his adult coloration. I can't wait until he looks like yours!

    One of my Tangs...

Is that HLLE? It looks like the line runs right down his lateral line. Do a search for HLLE (lateral line disease)

    is it reef safe?

There isn't an angelfish that is 100% reef safe. You have a better chance of the Dwarf angels being reef safe then the larger angels.

Need help on clown fish that went nuts

Part of the problem IMO is that your tank is way to small for 2 maroons. You may have had better luck if they were housed in a larger system.

    flow rate

I was lucky I had another tank ready and waiting for the sawp. I had a 2500 with about 4 feet of head, it took about 3-4 years for it to burn up. 3-4 years of life on any pump is pretty darn good! You should replace your pumps every couple of years anyways!

    best glass cleaners?

I use a mag float along with a kent scraper in the event that I have coraline or stubborn algea that my float won't get. Good investment!

The Rio 2100 should be fine on your system. May be a good idea to place a couple of Power heads in your display to make sure you have plenty of surface aggitation and to eliminate any dead spots. I had a 55 when I first got into the hobby, and my setup was almost identical to yours. I used a...
