Yeah I need to get a water test kit, my one I used from 3 years ago is trashed, half of the stuff dried up and such. Ill post what the params are in a few days and go from there I def understand what you saying about the large water change tho, thanks for the input!

Thanks! Yeah all I was doing was adding fresh water as needed to keep the pumps running. I may do a few very large water changes once a week over the next few weeks maybe 20 gallons each for 3 weeks then go from there. I really didnt want to empty the tank and start over that would not be fun...

How long will things take to bleach if it is the water params? I put these in Saturday morning and came home from work yesterday and they were all bleached. So about 60 hours I would say.
