Are there any tecniques anyone can share about cleaning a CPR overflow? My 2 downpipes are pretty much permanent hardware until I dismantle the whole tank so I can't remove it. The overflow is filled with aiptasia anemones and im starting to think it may be restricting waterflow. Any tips?

Its a 55g tank and I have 5 fish in it. I will probably stay away from the group effect and go with 1 nice colorful fish instead, or put up with some more damsels.
