    scared to frag LPS

One of our branching frogspawns has grown over the neighboring anchor. Instead of rearranging the tank, I would prefer to frag the frogspawn because it has tripled in size within the last year. I have never fragged before and the skeleton of LPS is daunting. Will the frogspawn live if a piece or...

freshwater shrimp a good food choice?

i'm reading through the latest issue of FAMA and now i'm intrigued about freshwater shrimp. it's not too difficult to breed some that don't have a larval stage. i think it would be fun to set up a small tank and if the shrimp breed, i can use the baby shrimps as food for our tank. good idea or no?

These growths are lighter in color and aren't visible during the day when the polyps are open. It seems strange they didn't show up until...

Can elegance corals be close neighbors?

We have a 92g corner bowfront. I didn't want to have any rocks leaning/touching the sides of the tank and with 130# of rock, there isn't a lot of sand in the front. We have 1 elegance coral & would love to have a 2nd one but it's likely their tentacles would touch. Is this detrimental or can...

Can a galaxea touch another galaxea without harm like frogspawns & hammers can? I'm guessing not but still need to ask.
