I have one and it is pretty decent. It not as good as my turbo classic 1000 thou, and it the turbo was cheaper.

You may want to look into a Top Fathom skimmer. I have one and it works great.

Short answer yes its to powerful. I have a Mag 12 on my 90 gallon and it was to much. I spread the distrubution through three outputs two going to the tank, one going to the refugium, even with that the output is still very strong.

I've had mine for about 4 months now. I've wanted a saltwater tank for a while, but I didn't really want to put a tank in an apartment. So, a couple of months after I bought my house, I bought my tank.

Have you guys ever looked in a skimmer cup? If you have you would not be drinking tank water. Just think you are putting fish crap in your mouth.

I have two and they are best of pals always together. I have also seen other keep them in groups and they are said to be good for schooling.
