Hi
I also have The same question. I have 250 watts going on a 100 gallon. The clam would be placed midway in the aquarium and be placed under the light.
Would that work ?
Thanks
Mike
Hey guys
I have a 250 de metal halide light on a 100 gallOn. I know sps r out of the question but I was wondering if I would be able to house some soft corals like zoos, mushrooms, leather etc
Thanks
Mike
Thanks for the reply. I'll wait for something else to come up. I'm in no rush to start my tank. One piece at a time so I'll hold of on this skimmer.
Thanks
No overflow box. My tank has a stone like build in the tank. The back left corner has enough coverage (I will put a small mesh so small fish don't get sucked in), so no overflow box is needed.
It's a little hard to explain so I'll post a pic later on today to get a better idea.
Just was asking about bulkhead size. Not a drilling question..... Whether it would be better to have a 2 inch bulkhead as opposed to a 1 inch bulkhead. My train of thought is bigger bulkhead more flow of water.
Thanks guys. I always get great help for this forum. Gonna place an order.
Now i would also be drilling my main tank (100 gallons) would it be better to go with the largest size possible ?
I will be drilling glass. In that case, could i just go for 2 3/4th bulkhead.
It's for my filtration. I will be using two 25 gallons, one of them being a refrigium which will be draining to my sump.
Hey guys
I have a question regarding the hole size and bulkhead fitting size. Ive read that the hole should always be bigger (usually 1" 3/4 size for a 1" bulkhead).
I want a 1 inch fitting but the largest drill bit I can find is 1" 3/8.
Would this still work or do you need a larger sizes...
hey guys
Im starting up a 100 gallon tank (72"X18"X18") and I have a question about the sump i want to make for it. The stand has a section in the middle not allowing me to get a decent size sump( I want a sump and refrigum) .....so what i was thinking is making a 2 aquarium sump.....
I have...
