I must say so far so good, I have had it for about 3 weeks and I don't see any change except for the YM clown fish he has bit off some of it's tips.

Thanks, I just changed to 250 watt MH I use to have 400 watt MH but that was too much on my electric bill $400+ a month.

Thank you all for the great comments. All my rock was stacked in the from the start, I layed eggcrate down and then the sand and peace by peace I created what I have If you notice the main support is from the center rock and out to the over flows.

150 gallon 3x400watt metal halide 20k 4x110 watt atinics 3 fans about 2 gallons a day.

He has only ate 3 fish since i got him, I've had him for about 6 months.
