Hi, Puffer is looking better now... I didn't do anything, just went away... I heard of people putting files in the water and letting the puffers chew on the files... might sound absurd... that's what i though :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Puffer lover, I have a small stone gravel on the bottom-- I haven't seen him rub on that. He also is eating very well--Frozen brineshrimp and blood worms. He never goes to the bottom... he is always under the power filter. It goes from his mouth to the tail... I just don't know what is...

Hi, I have a brackish water/Fresh water leopard puffer aka spotted puffer and I noticed today that around the rim of his white belly next to the yellow and black spots... It looks like his scales are coming off or he rubbed up against something and they came off.... Does anyone know anything...

    leoperd shark

Hahaha... I didn't notice that 'til now that he (well I think he) spelled it wrong... I agree no one who doesn't even know how to spell the name of simpliest of all shark shouldn't own one! Sorry bub! :) :p :) :p ;) ;)

You could keep a leopard shark in 180 for a few months, although I would go with a smaller shark like horn or bamboo... Yes, you can stunt their growth by putting them in a small tank, but it makes them more sick, and ill!! 1500 is kind of big, but not for the kind of shark you are getting...

    BANDED SHARK

My first question is did you put the shark in that 60 gallon aquarium you were talking about a few days ago? And second, why the heck did you buy the shark a few days before you knew you were going on vacation?!... Also, you should have read about that before you went to the LFS's and got it...

    sharks

Hi... I would suggest a different kind of shark... Maybe a bamboo (aka banded cat shark) or horned shark, or even a wobbegong shark... What size tank do you have??
