i have this purple algea that is gets long and stringy. Just wondering what causes it and what i can use to get rid of it. I have to keep pulling it out around my shrooms. if not it will take over them. It also grows on my sand like a layer of grass. thanks mike

but how do you get it down in their mouth? or do you just let the tenicals catch it.

are they red? if so the may be Calicoes worms. i have a lot in my tank

just the normal hermit crab that is blue or red legged.
