its dirty from sitting in a garage, ill wipe off what i can then let it soak with some vinehar and a few modded mj 1200s, and i only found one sticker/tab, but the tank is pretty heavy so im assuming its the thicker of the 2.

ill try to find the thread where dude sliced his hand open filling up a tank. but i assume the only difference could be the thickness of the glass. how thick is the glass of a standard 55g?

ive heard horror stories of water into reptile tanks, so how can you tell the difference? i got a free 55g tank and trying to figure out how to tell? just fill it with water and see what happens?

i was watching the tank today and saw a worm going across a rock. it wasnt a bristleworm, it looked like it had legs and walked like a centipede. it was pretty fast, so i went to grab the camera, came back and it was gone. bout 30 seconds later i saw it on the glass, so i snapped a quick pic...

i ended up with a koralia nano, not a k1, so im going to get another one. as you can see just a few days without enough flow and algae will start growing. i just got the nano in the yesterday, and hope to get another this week.

how do you guys have it in there? just the light in the middle of the chaeto? seems like itd smother the light. i was thinking about using a clear solo cup. thatd keep the cup chaeto back so there would be more surface for the light to hit.

hmmm... my lfs has one on display in a 29g bc. its in there with 2 seahorses, but it has a dsb and the goby has like 5 caves made, he seems happy. but i was also pondering on a pistol/goby pair but not sure if they will be ok with my 2 current skunk cleaners... ???

im hoping to get the sunpod tomorrow and the k1 saturday(and maybe some more frags, the k1 is coming from the my local reef guru)

what light are you guys using for the chaeto? is it the submersible light thats available for like $6 and $6 shipping and looks like this?

thanks for the kind words! tonight i put prob 15 more lbs of LR in along with a pair of clowns and a pair of skunk shrimp. everything is coming out of the 25g long thats across the room from the cube. but heres a few more quick pics... also im getting a koralia 1 in the next few days...
