hey guys .... i added some copper in my tank ,,, and i was wondering when i tested for ammonia 2 days later it was very high ,,, is it the copper that gives a false reading for ammonia? or maybe i do have a very high ammonia level? :thinking: 180g , fish only tank, skimmer, uv light, wet/dry...

I have a fish only 180 gallon tank ,, a few things have happen in the last 2 weeks .. one is that i treated my ick problem with STOP PARASITE and it seemed like it worked ... then i waited a week and bought a yellow tang and he looks sick with in 2 days notsure:... my question i guess is how...

i just moved and i placed my tank in my new living room and the floor is off by 1/4 of an inch for it to be leveled When i fill up the tank one side is higher then the other by 1/2 inch should i just put a piece of wood to level it ... or if i leave it alone would that put too much pressure...

well they are dry in the bucket are they still consider "live" ?

i moved and i emptied my tank, the rocks and sand are not in water they inside a few buckets, ( my mistake) but theres dry green algue all in the back of the glass. i know i have to cycle the tank all over again its been about 4 months but ... should i clean out the tank with freshwater? and...

but what about how to grip and hold the tank up when moving? any tricks of the trade or tips thank you
