Wow.... the best thing for your tank at this point is you going on vacation. Stop screwing with it every couple hours. Being compulsive is the WRONG thing to do when you have no idea what you're doing.
I dunno.... that doesn't look like majano/aiptasia. It my be a larger variety. Regardless, I would get rid of them. I have them in my tank and I have to kill about 5 of them a month.
As far as the aiptasia, I actually used peppermint shrimp to clean it up. But I am now getting small outbreaks on the same rock. Yesterday I killed a lot of them so it's a lot cleaner. I find it's frustrating wen they are small, but if you let them grow a bit then try to inject them with your...

For my water changes I do 5 gallons once a week. I siphon 5 gallons using a piece of garden hose from the tank to a 5...
Had I seen this thread before you started adding fish I would have advised to add all your LR before adding any fish or you'll run the risk of cycling while you add rock. What's done is done, just make sure you're buying cured rock.
I would recommend a background on the tank. It's just a film...

You should not be able to read your copper on a test, at least not any test under $20. :)
Any amount of tracable copper is dangerous, same with phosphates. Corals...
I just want to add also that the small rock of star polyps were scraped out of a friends tank, it was taking over a small portion of his tank that he did not want it to, so I snagged some of them and they are doing nicely.
The lone mushroom right next to the star polyps, sitting there all by...
I'll make the story short and get straight to the pics. I met a guy that had a 24 gallon aquapod sitting on his desk at work and he was letting it go to hell. Neglecting it and letting the aiptasia take over because he thought they were corals. The tank was way overstocked and killing corals...
This is going to be a really easy procedure. You're lucky it's only 20 gallons. Try doing it with 90 or better. Like everyone else has already said. All but a couple inches of water and slide it across the carpet, stand and all.
You could get into the thousands of gallons if you had enough time. When I initially saw your question I was thinking somewhere in the 800 to 1000 range. But good luck lighting it, and buying your rock, filling it with fish/corals, etc. It would be very expensive. But as far as being doable, sure.
