Do anyone knows why my Kenya tree coral could be staying like this and not blossomed out, got new black box lights and been like this for 2 and a half weeks now, just a couple days ago it fully shedded.

Can anyone please help me on why my deltic mce 300 protein skimmer keeps making so many micro bubbles.. been messing with it for days, and is so many micro bubbles bad for fish?
