Does anyone use a UV Sterilizer? Are they worth getting? Someone told me their tank wasn't crystal clear until they installed one... hummm?

Hey Guys, I'm looking to get into this hobby and I've been doing a lot of research and it seems like the information never comes to an end...ha! However, I'm thinking about getting one of those Seaclear acrylic tanks (50 Gal.) and would love to get some opinions on it. What do you guys think...
