i bought a canopy today that included 4 vhos, 2 400 watt metal halide moguls, moonlights, and tempature controlled fans for like 150 dollars without the ballasts. the guy ringing me up was telling me that i needed a ballasts and he was trying to sale me the box and everything for like 250 bucks...
