For the hair algae i would recommend green emerald crabs becaus ei added about 4 to my tank when the ahir algae was getting bad and theyw demolished the stuff in like a week. And for the bristle worms i have heard that some arrow crabs will eat them.

If its for your 75 gallon i recommend getting aleast 2 cleaner shrimp to take care of these bumbs if they are parasites bvut i really cant help you if you dont explain better but i think thye coudl very well be parasites. Jay
