Quint I called at and they were able to find a generic balast that should be compatible. I'm going to try to replace the current one and I'll let you know how it goes. My next step will be to call coralife.

I've done very little electrical work. Is it difficult to replace the original hardware? What set(s) would you recommend? Like I said, I currently have 2 96w 50/50 pc. Will the other ballasts easy fit or is there a lot of wiring? don't want to burn down the house.
