i have had this tank for 1 month.all the fish are breathing fast as though there is not enough 02 in the water the water tests fine.no growth on the fish,all eating fine,2 fulval 404 filters, seaclone 150 skimmer,54 gal tank salt at 1.018 copper safe in the water 6 small fish,temp 84f . any help...
