I might have a new job lined up this summer that pays well. We will see where it goes. If everything works out, there might be some changes to the size of the tank and the critters I keep.

My interest is decreasing in this project. It isnt very hard to keep at all, but... I dunno, the limited space is killing my interest. I'm still going to MACNA but I am going to put the tank on autopilot and do water changes on it still.... I just dunno though.

I am considering feeding those softies something meaty a few hours before the next water change. I'm thinking something like oyster feast or similar. Any suggestions?

I did a four gallon water change today in my five gallon tank. Lol! I took out a gallon and poured in a gallon to stir up the gunk and shuffle the detritus in one spot. Then changed out three gallons while siphoning out the gunk that was stirred up. What is amazing to me is that the brown...

Seems like 5gallon tanks need frequent small water changes. About once a week the water turns a bit cloudy and I gotta do a 2g water change. Once a month I'm having to change out the chemipure blue. But, at least the tank seems in stable cycles and things are really starting to grow. Pics soon.

Naa. I'm not interested in fish. Are there any new pieces of equipment or something fun to play with on a tiny tank? I guess an apex Jr. On a 5g is overkill. I did enjoy the temp and pH readings though.

Yes. Insects keep bridging the Gap. Apparently they like warm spots. Not bad for four gallons of total water volume. I am saving room for MACNA frags.

Bugs keep setting off the GFCI unit. I hopefully have that problem taken care of now.

Changed the chemipure blue pack out and did a 2g water change. I poured the new saltwater into the back chamber and it flushed out a bunch of junk. But at least the corals perked up and came out to eat. At the next water change, I will siphon the muck out of the back of the tank in the...
