    Bubble Algae

If you let them go they have the potential to take over. Pull them out as you see them and they will perish.

    Bubble Algae

Just keep picking off every one you see. Eventually they will stop showing up.

Hammers and frogspawn not looking good

Has your Nitrate always been so high? That's definitely not going to help. Fish don't mind that much but it will make it difficult for corals.

Hammers and frogspawn not looking good

Whatever frozen seafood is on sale. The mixed bags is great if it's raw. Not sure about cooked. It might be OK just not what I would suggest. I blend it all up together with some RO water and Selcon or Cod Liver Oil. That way there's a variety of sizes for all of the reef inhabitants...

    Entire Aquarium Died--Heater Broke

You didn't kill them. It was an accident. The reason for the two half-sized heater is also because sometimes heaters fail in the ON position. This can eventually cook a tank if you have one single large heater.

Hammers and frogspawn not looking good

If you start target feeding them just before lights out they will become accustomed to feeding at that time. It's natural for them to start feeding AFTER lights out so you will need to adjust their schedule for you convenience. I use a turkey baster. Target feed the corals and let the fish...

    Fish death

Kinda sounds like Brooklynella but I wouldn't count on it until you post some good close-up pictures and Beth comments.

    Entire Aquarium Died--Heater Broke

Yeah, it was definitely the temperature drop. Below 60 can't be tolerated by most of the tropical saltwater fish for very long. This is why I always recommend two smaller heaters instead of one large heater.

It can come back if you can figure out what's wrong. It does not look like brown jelly. My initial thought is low ALK or high Phosphate.

Hammers and frogspawn not looking good

It's not required to feed them in perfect conditions but it does increase the odds of success if you spot feed them meaty seafood. Things like minced clams, prawn roe, minced scallops, squid, etc. They are carnivores, not filter feeders.

Hammers and frogspawn not looking good

The most common issues for these are low Alkalinity, insufficient waterflow, insufficient lighting, and high Phosphate. Have you been feeding them?

    Help with ID?

Does it have any runners sending out new polyps?

    Help with ID?

That's the size of an Encrusting Gorgonian but I don't recognize the polyp shape. Anthelia or Clavularia would be my guess at this point.

    Anemone

I agree now that I see a picture. It's just reaching for more light. It looks healthy from what I can see.

    Anemone

Look up the term "gaping". This is a sign of a dying Anemone.

Resembles Clavularia I can't judge the size of it from the pics though.

    Tang compatibility

In my opinion neiter are suitable for a 90 gallon tank. To answer the real question - no, the Sailfin will constantly stress the Powder Blue unless you have a very long tank (more than 8 feet). They will hang out together like theyare buddies but this is actually an agressive move with one...

    Filtration clarification

I've never used a filter except for the occasional use of GAC to polish the water. For a reef I believe particulate filters do more harm than good.

Have you tracked your average daily alkalinity consumption? That would help with the math.
