    Ok tank looks good nothing great,:p:p:p you want growth of coralline just my .02 good alk and calcium level dose with purple Up you will need a rock with established coralline on it. shut your return pump use a tooth brush to brush the coralline and release the spors into the water column

    Your lights are fine for your initial step into soft corals. just do your research on beginner corals and comparability and go for it. you will find IMO corals are easier to keep then fish

    Just my .02 I would hold off on the star there are much nicer corals in my opinion for a small tank such as yours look into coral comparability this way you can “bunch” multiple corals together for a really nice look.
