    10 gallon nano reef

For lower light corals zoanthids are a great beginner coral that could adapt to lower and higher end lighting. You would have to tell us what specific lights you have to get more specific reccomendations.

Starting a 2nd tank, fish suggestions welcomed

A 55 column would be like putting the poor blue tang in a prison cell, they need at least an 180 gallon tank and even when the fish is small it still needs to swim. as far as your other tank mates maybe 1 pair of clowns a royal gramma and a dwarf angel and some sort of wrasse.

    Is this set up okay?

I've kept figure 8s before. They stay around 3 inches but they require snails in their diet to grind down teeth and they tended to starve themselves or have an internal problem. After 2 tries i gave up.

Building a new tank around the stock list.

I also don't think there will be that must have fish that's in my budget for this tank. I don't want to spend more then 50$ on a single fish or coral in either if my tanks.

Building a new tank around the stock list.

Smaller is better I already have 3 decent sized tanks in my room on the second floor and another big tank could push the electric and floor capacity.
