    I am old school alot of rock and alot of flow. Why would the rock in the sump be a problem? There is water flow through it constantly same as in the display tank?

    Anemone Help...PLEASE

    Better keep a good eye. If the thing dies it will nuke the whole tank. I had one years ago get caught in a power head. Killed half the tank . Luckily I had another tank going to get the live fish in while I cleaned the nuked one. I will never mess with another anemone. Not worth the head ache

    I make my own food but I also have 12 fish. Maybe go get a small frozen bag of krill from *****. I have never used pellets so not sure about them.

    Is it eating? I have 2 clowns they more or less stay in thier territory. Never see them on the right side of the tank

    My 90 with a 20 sump evaporates 1 or 2 gallons a day. My temp swings all the time 78 to 81 . Doesn't seem to bother anything

    I would put the new dry rock in tubs of saltwater and put some big pumps in. Wash them good. Alot of new dry rock leach phosphates.

    Pellets? Not sure if that will work . I never used pellets to feed. I would still light feed every 3 days during the cycle

    I would leave the lights off and not run gfo . I let the tank do its thing. I wouldn't even bother with the skimmer for a while

    I go 1.009 to 1.010 a slight margin for error this way for water evaporation.

    Copper is such a pain. Hypo is easy and you can get a refractor for 25 bucks these days.

    I bought the same frag pack a year ago . Got the same sizes. Compared to the lfs here I was ok with them. I got a decent frag from a lfs and paid 60 for it. Now 8 months later and 4 out of 5 died. Not good. My other corals are doing great

    What happened, need help fish loss

    Agree water change run carbon. I remember must have been over 30 years ago. I used a sponge from under the kitchen sink to clean the inside glass. All the fish started gasping for air and died. Figured out the sponge had chemicals like germ killer in it. Live and learn
