Absolutely! I mounted to the glass, spread sand away from the rock to make sure they balance w/o sand holding them up - just like you mention - and have the rocks weight locking them. LAST THING I WANT is 55G of well balanced parameter water destroying my wood floors from a cracked tank...

Well... The only answer is that the API Test is way off... The ammonia is not exaggerated too much, it is a slightly lighter green color than the pic. But nonetheless seemingly WAAAAAAY high for the Tank to have survivors and thrivers. (KOW!) I order the SeaChem Test Kit to cross check and...
