I have a pencil irchin for about three weeks, its still moves if touched but its points are angeled down and it had some new grouth but doesn't move threw the tank like my other irshins. Should i disgaurd it or is this normal for this kind can someone help

does anyone know if you can put a cleaner shrimp in with a red fire shrimp. due to the fact my fire shrimp doesn't clean the fish yet or will it take some time. Thank's
