I had my PC sitting directly over my glass. I had problems with heat and temp control. I have since put my light on its legs removed the glass and now I have a constant temp b/t 79-80. Do you have this fixture? What do you intend to keep in this tank?

do a searh for Asterina Starfish. I believe those are what they are. Several articles praise them and several say they are destructive. I have several in my tank and have not seen them near any corals. I will trust them until this happens:)
