I was wondering if anyone has any info or experience Boost LED's new light fixture Mu Series 135? Im liking the way it looks but not sure if 2 will be adequate for my 120 gallon 5 foot reef tank. I'm debating getting 2 of those or getting 4 or 5 PAR 38 bulbs. All suggestions will help

Not the most mechanical when it comes to DIY...I was looking at ecoxitc Par 38 light bulbs. Would 4 or 5 of them work for my tank?

Hello, I'm looking to switch my reef tank lights to LEDs. I have a 6 bulb T5 system currently and looking to switch to LEDs any suggestions? How many 3 watt PAR bulbs would i have to get to keep my tank at the same level of PAR with my T5 system. Its a 5 foot tank 24inches deep. Any suggestions...

i acclimated them for about 2.5 hours. I added the 3 fish over two days. I think my flow rate might have been too high. My pump is pushing between 700-900gph and my powerhead is at about 1400. I got a 5 foot tank. So that could be the problem. They did seem to stay in one spot for long periods...

If I try to do a 2 tank system I could use my 15 gallon too. That'll give me 35 gallons. Or I could got to the LFS and pick up another 20 gal tank. My stand is not enormous but it roughly 5 feet long and 2.5ft tall and 18 inches wide. My tank is 5 ft by 18 inches width and 25 inches tall.
