    Help!!!! My Anemones!!

    My pink tip haitan does the same thing after I spot feed. It will be out and open all day then during the night it deflates and then reflates when the lights come on. I was starting to get worried, but from what I have read on this thread would this be normal for mine also?

    Question about stocking a tank

    Thinking about adding some snails,crabs and cleaner shrimp to help control brown diatoms. It's not real bad just want to stay on top of it. Nitrates usually stay around 20 and everything else is 0 Salinity is 1.025. Tank has been running for about 5 months

    I know from reading that the amount of fish you put in your tank depends on the size. What I am curious about is do you take into consideration the amount of tank cleaners you have snails,crabs etc.

    i use carbon now just thought you had to, after reading this thread i think i'll take the carbon out. i did not realize that it becomes ineffective after a couple of days

    20 inch deep Thought t-5's would be strong enough for some coral and anemones. don't much about mh though but its a thought

    Have a 75g tank that i got from a friend. Not sure what type of light came with it.I think it is a t-5 single strip. What i am thinking about buying is Nova Extreme t-5 light fixture. Eventually would like to place some corals and anemones in tank. Currently stocked with about 40lbs live rock...
