I just got LR today and saw a brown thing about 2-3mm. long. It has a suction thing on the top and moves slowly up the glass. What is it? Could it be a pod? I would get a pic but it fell of and I can't find it.

Wouldn't the brittle star be ok on food if he got some algae and leftover flake along with critters from LR and LS? Also what about a peppermint shrimp? Would 1 be ok if there are no aiptasia? thanx:) :D

I just tried the ice in bottle technique. It doesn't work. It lowers 1 degree and all of it melts. So u said that a fan blowing on the tank glass and turn the heater to 74 temp. and it should hlp. OK I'll try that

BTW is a test kit that tests nitrite, nitrate, ammonia, and pH good? Also is $30 a good deal? thanks P.S. :help: I feel kinda stupid...... are test kits hard to read?
