Latly we have been having real bad electrical storms here. one morening my 10k buld not working found out by switching bulbs around it worked so its not the bulb itself so i switched balests and foudn out they both worked. only option left is the connector os bad it self has anybody else have...

overall size about a thumbtack with its center about 1/16th an inch maybe an 1/8th with four very lil legs. this would of came on some new liverock i got a week ago. my question is could this be anything else?
