Are cowries harmful to Anemones? I have found mine up against my seabae twice now and the seabae was shrivled up but returned to normal after I moved the cowrie. the seabae is fine and eats regularly. so what is up?

They are not hard to raise they are timid and can be bullied by more aggressive fish and depending on the size they may try to eat smaller fish, but mine eats almost any meaty food I give him and I feed live as a treat a couple time a week he likes ghost shrimp.

Why put those poor fish through that espically since you will more than likely end up trading them in (if they survive) because the become so aggeressive and territorial.
I believe you would be ok with snails most eels will eat crustations but leave snails alone, kinda like most people shrimp taste great but you couldn't pay me to eat a snail.:D
