    Are cowries harmful to Anemones? I have found mine up against my seabae twice now and the seabae was shrivled up but returned to normal after I moved the cowrie. the seabae is fine and eats regularly. so what is up?

    Marine Betta??

    They are not hard to raise they are timid and can be bullied by more aggressive fish and depending on the size they may try to eat smaller fish, but mine eats almost any meaty food I give him and I feed live as a treat a couple time a week he likes ghost shrimp.

    Why put those poor fish through that espically since you will more than likely end up trading them in (if they survive) because the become so aggeressive and territorial.

    I believe you would be ok with snails most eels will eat crustations but leave snails alone, kinda like most people shrimp taste great but you couldn't pay me to eat a snail.:D

    cloud be an alge bloom, normally don't see too much green tint from glass unless it is quite thick.

    I didn't, just fed seperately with food soaked in zoe, vits etc and he is doing very well, just don't know if I should let him loose again or not the Angle ignores him now, and he seems content where he is.

    bulkhead flow rates

    Is there a formula for overfolw rates? I have two 1 1/4" overflows and two 3/4" overflows and need to know the total flow capacity so I can adjust my return flow to not drain my sump
