Hi..I just added a small serpent starfish to my biocube. It is so thin that it got in the bottom right intake. Any help on how I can get it out..once in a while it will stick a leg or two though the intake..I am not sure how to access it. thanks

They wont answer my calls or do anything about it.I have to go through my credit card company. They told me to return the wrong six pounds of rock, which I did today. Any advice on how...

Did anyone else have bad experience dealing with them? You can never get through with the phone. They sent me the wrong product and they dont want to do anything about it. I have to get my credit card company involved? Let me know.
