I got a used CPR skimmer and it's missing one of the o-rings on one of the chamber intakes causing it to leak when i turn it on.. can i use any o-ring from Home Depot or will i need a specific ring designed for the skimmer? Also, i cannot seem to find a maxi jet basket with the air intake tube...

i have a nano getting partial lighting from the sunlight. hair algea is a pain but the coral obviously like it as they reach towards it. they still get their PC lighting at night though.

where are you looking??? there is no exposed skeleton except on the outside of the coral. no tissue damage whatsoever.

you could do some Yumas as well... NOTHING out there can touch a color of a Yuma.... not a zoo in the world is as pretty as a rainbow or pink yuma. but you could do zoos too :)

it wouldnt work because triggers swim like crazy, almost like a tang but faster... and triggers are dirty. they eat and are not neat about what goes down and what gets torn up. so yes, it's not wise to do...

so sorry, cant believe i didnt list the wattage... halide is 175 watts... 14K hamilton bulb the reflector is 22" (it fits in my 24 inch canopy)

the halide ballast is a vue technologies ballast, i have a 14K hamilton bulb from DIY reef purchased in june, however i only use the halide 3 hours per day... the pc ballast is black has a fan and two switches (one for fan one for lights) i'd like 125 and i'll ship "free". if interested email me...

i personally do not believe these are PPE's so i will not represent them as such. they are, however, pretty cool. i'm looking for ricordea (florida or yuma) and other colorful shrooms. i'm in michigan and willing to ship.

they are certainly a PE.. they have the white streaks on the underside and the bright green mouth. just not sure what the "common" name is.

i really dont think they are, they seem to have morphed from a "stardust" PE to more of a PPE, it's odd though.

mmm, they'll eat anything they can fit in their mouth... including damsels. puffers are not reef safe for the same general reason as triggers..they eat inverts, but despite that my niger trigger is the only fish that lets my cleaner and blood shrimp clean him.. my hope with the lion is that...
