I have white dots all over my clown tang and lemon angel. Please help. I have not had this happen before. What is it????? How to get rid of them?

I wanted to buy from swf but, not exactly sure what reef safe meant? Can someone explain to me, I do have corrals and snails but thats it. we have a dwarf lion we bought from a lfs and they told me it would be okay, but here it states not reef safe. HELP. :help:
