I have a pink Tip Haitian and his tentacles are falling off. He looks healthy...other than that. What is going on? I have had him almost seven months. Please help!!!

I am having concerns about my anemone too! Almost all the tenticles are falling off. If someone could tell me why i would be grateful. I have had him for five months or so. It happened very fast! Please help!
