Could someone please answer a question for me please. I am looking thru the corals and I see different light ratings. about how much light is considered medium lighting, and how much is strong lighting?? I know these are usually in watts, but how much is how much THANKS

I am having a very high nitrate spike, in the 80+ ppm range My tank has been up and running for about 1 month. All of my other #'s are steady and right where they should be. I am very freaked out by this!!!!!! Is this normal???? If it is, how long should it last?? :help: thanks
