good news.he finally came out and ate some squid today!!! i have learned my lesson and will only feed him every other day or so. he seems a bit happier today since i built him a new cave, he's busy checking it all out. thanks for answering my questions!

the water all checks out fine , he normally would come out around 6:00 every evening and take 2 silversides, or some krill occasionally. i've also tried to offer him some squid the last few days with no luck. when i got him, i was told to feed him as much as he would take, no one said anything...
