starphire is glass that has low iron in it...if you look at the side of your glass you will see it has a green tint starphire glass is clear so you can see through it better
i like my moms nikon d50 on the other reef sight some of the most amazing pics i have ever seen came from a nikon d70 with a macro lens imo thats the way to go but a bit pricy
they are very aggrissive and will proboly kill everything in your tank and get HUGE beyond what most people have an aquarium to keep them in there is more information on the sticky on what not to keep in the aquarium but in case you do have a big tank they get to about 20-24 inches so a tank...
the sixline will be fine they eat mysis to and you have enough rock and and small fish so that list should be fine if you can add a skimmer to the tank then it will be defently fine and i would also recomend upgrading the powerheads as well
i think for a walk around tank 48x48 with a center overflow would be best for viewing because 30 inches realy isnt that wide...a center overflow would be about 10 inchs wich would make it 10 inchs only on each side of it...pm me and ill send u a link for manufatures and other places to look ect
