    thanks guys i'll keep doing freshwater changes. It's my first time doing a hyposalinity treatment, so i didn't know what to expect. The tester i'm using is the Sea Test kind with a clear box and floating arm inside. When I finally get the SG down to 1.009, how long before the parasites die out?

    back mollys OK to cycle?

    Because mollies are so much easier to net out than a damsel, after the cycling process. Mollies just hang out near the top of the water, where as damsels are extremely fast and hide in the rock work.

    I forgot to say that the 1" holes are drilled in the back of my tank with 1"bulkheads. One for water going out and one for water going in.
