What kind of light is this? VHO or MH? What wattage are we talking here? It could be both mh and vho.Just need some more information to help you out.

Turbos if thet fall off the glass r rocks and land on their shells can't filp themselves over so they drown.You have to flip'em over.

I have never used one but from what I have read/heard that would work great on a 30 gallon tank.

I have an in-sump model of that skimmer and I put a mag5 on it and it as worked great.I think mine is called the SV-2 or something along those lines and the mag5 helped quite a bit.I got a great deal on the skimmer when I got it,it came with the pump and it only cost 109.99 but that was about 2...
