Hello everyoe ! Needing help on picking equipment for a new tank & info ! i've been out of the hobbie about 2 yrs now & so much have change since then . I have owned a 125 gal reef tank before , So I know basic but its just so much new equipment out there now , ok I'm looking for your opinions...

Is it possible for a 2 Volitan Lionfish , 1 blue hippo tang and a 2 Niger Trigger be put together in a 125 ga. at a small size . The hippo i have had for 3 yrs now ? live sand and live rocks with a 30 ga. sump is all i have and i know i will have too upgrade to a bigger tank one day .

I'm starting a 180 reef with sump , My ? is what protein skimmer to go with ; perferbly in sump also how much live rock
