Can I cut some zoos I have growing in the back of my tank and glue them to another rock? Would they be ok?

Thanks for the reply. When I put the coral back I noticed the FW dip didnt get them all.Some tried to move to other rocks and I got them out. Im going to give the coral time to see if it will come back. Thanks again.

Got my replacement.I didnt realize they didnt come in pairs.(DUH!) The new one has a plastic rod. Heres what my old looked like. I think its rust. Im going to get a 2nd replacement for the other wheel.

Thanx J-water. That's what I wanted to know.I went ahead and ordered replacements because the sides of my wheels are stained with what looks like rust.I hope the replacements come with plastic rods.

Does anyone with an Emperor filter have metal rods on their bio wheels? Mine do an I think it might be affecting my tank. One of them is corroded and that can't be good for the tank.I think :notsure:

Fish are like people. Some are cool and some can be real jerks. You could switch the 6 line and the new one wouldn't bother any of the others or turn out to be a jerk too. My gramma beat my 6 line when I first got him. Now everything is cool. He completelys ignores the other fish.

You can go to a dollar store and find suitable replacements.

I'm planning on adding some to my tank. I want to know if its possible for them to release any stored gas from the sand bed when they burrow themselves. I dont want to cause any problems in the 55gal. :thinking:
