You will need just the bulbs and some additional wiring to hook it all together. I have pretty new bulbs but would be to hard to ship them. If interested in the bulbs though I could look into shipping them..have 2 50/50 whites and 2 of the blue lights...cost me $110 just for the bulbs...I will...

The ballast are A-4S they are the same as the ice caps just dont have the ice cap name...they are everywhere the icecaps are sold...and yes it is $150 for both plus shipping..and will throw in the end caps if you need them..David

Does anyone have a light canopy made by Outer Orbit and if so do you like it? I am looking at this because it has the ballast and fans built in. I am also looking at the aqualight by coralife but dont like that the ballast are external...Thanks

What is the difference in a single ended halide bulb and a hqi double ended bulb? Is one better then the other?

I am looking at 2 types of HQI lighting fixtures for my 90gal reef tank. The 2 units I am looking at are the Aqualight Pro HQI fixture has 2x150w hqi bulbs and 2x96w actinic bulbs or the Outer Orbit HQI Fixture that has 2x150w hqi bulbs and 2x130w actinic bulbs...Does anyone have either one of...

I have tried the emerald crabs with no luck, no matter how many i get out of the tank the bubbles always seem to come back.

I have a 90 gal reef tank and I have algae bubble that just wont go away! I will take out as many as I can and do water changes and they keep coming back. I use phosphate removal pellets and only use r/o water. Is there anything I can use to get these under control?

I run 440 watts of vho's over my tank and I was wondering out often they should be changed out. I know after awhile they are inaffective....Its about $115 to change out the 4 lights so I dont want to change them before they need to be....Thanks

Well the worst happened, he DIED......Very sad he was a nice looking fish.. my wife said she was watching him and he started to twitch and he went from very dark to white in just a few seconds, at that point i new he was gone and removed him from my tank....May he rest in fish heaven/
