Hi, I have a 55 gal that will have about 50-70 lbs of LR. I want enough light to accomodate stony corals, clams, and maybe an anenome. I was thinking of getting an icecap 660 ballast and running 4 vho bulbs ( 48"). would this be adequate? How many watts do I need? Any help would be great.
