I just went and picked up my new tank. Well new to me anyway. I got a great deal on a 40g breeder with stand, and some accessories :joy: :jumping: . So now I just have to save up the rest of the money to get my lights, more sand and more LR. But oh how much fun it is going to be. I cant wait ***)

Here are my plans to drill and put overflows in my tank. Does any one see a problem with it? The center return line will branch using loc line. Also what thickness glass for the OFB's? Will 1/4" be ok of do i need 3/16"?

I have had my tank set up now for about 3-4 years. I am about to upgrade my tank size, and had some questions about moving the sand bed. Would it be ok to move the sand to the new tank. Or would it release to many chemicals in the water to make it even worth the risk? :notsure:
