    You didn't do hypo long enough. The life cycle of Ich is 28 days. I reccomend that you do hypo for 6 weeks to be for sure. I've done this myself and never had any problems with ich after this. I just QT every fish i get. Hypo really works, just gotta do it long enough. :)
