i have a typhoon ro/di unit. i noticed that the di filter has barely any water going through it. i can see a small stream of water flowing to the bottom but it does not pool at the bottom. when my float stops the flow the filter fills up and the empties when the float opens again. is this correct?

well the house i moved into isn't insulated all that good and no central heat or air. well it gets cold at night and my heater won't keep up. 5 degree drop at night. how many heaters can i install to keep my temp constant? don't worry no livestock yet tank cycling.
