    Bicolor Blenny reef compatability

I've heard they are hit or miss as well too. Mine hasn't touched anything, but I have only had him a month or so and only have softies, so take that for what it's worth. He is, by far, my favorite fish though. He's always either just perched and hanging out or picking at the rocks.

    Building Rock Pillars

Well, yes, it would definitely depend on how big of a formation you are trying to stabilize. It was just an idea I had that might work for smaller applications.

    Building Rock Pillars

Just throwing an idea out there, but what about using Pex, the 1/4" dia. flexible water line? It isn't absolutely rigid like PVC or acrylic rods, but it seems like it would be rigid enough to hold things together. I know that is readily available at hardware and home improvement stores, and it...

    Ordering Fish Online??

Yep, that's what I was thinking too. If you have a selection of quality LFS nearby, I would tend to buy more locally. However, if you don't have much available in your area, online is a great alternative. I've only done a couple of online orders (both were SWF.com), and so far I've had good...

Safe to use cheesecloth in Fluval filter?

I know SWF doesn't carry them, but they are otherwise pretty easy to find. Your LFS (local fish store) should have them, and I know the big chain fish/pet stores have them. Most mail order places stock them as well.
