hey just set this one up yesterday. has 17 lbs of agri-alive ls, 10 lbs of figi and tonga lr , electric blue anthelia polyp ( aprox. 30 polyps) , 1 p. clownfish, 1 catilina goby,and 4 margirite snails.

i want to thank everyone for their advice.....i ordered LR online and it arrived yesterday.....during the week i visited the mess.board and asked questions about LR....i was advised that i should put the LR in a container by itself....i did this yesterday.....this morning i tested the water and...

i have a 32 gal and already have 270 gph sweeping powerhead.....bought maxi-jet 1200 295gph... is this going to be too much current in my tank ????????

i ordered LR online....its on its way should be here fri.....when it arrives it will have been traviling 4 days....i bought a rubbermaid tub, 295 gph powerhead.........already have spare heater....my question is,,,,,,,,,,,,,can i fill the container with regular tap water instead of distilled...

im starting a reef tank and im living in a rental with 2 years left on my lease...my question is how far would you go knowing you will have to move.....could you save all the water in your tank at the time of the move in buckets with coral , livestock,etc..and return it to the tank after you...

has anyone ever used the pinpoint salinity monitor....was thinking about purchasing instead of refractometer....im so sick of my hydrometer.........:mad:
