Just got my MH's in the mail today- I want to add corals but don't have a skimmer yet. Water parameters are all good. Would this be a bad idea?

J just ordered a 150w 20000k MH light and was wondering if this would be sufficient for most any type of coral in a 29 gal cube. Also, how many corals can be kept in a tank of this size? Do they contribute to the bioload?

I have been noticing little stationary white things on my LR. Anyone know what these could be? They kind of look like little white dried up worms. They are all over some of the rocks. Could they have anything to do with bristle worms?

Is a cleaner shrimp necessary as part of the clean up crew? Do they clean the tank/sand/LR like the hermits and snails or do they just clean the fish?
